LPOA By-laws state “Notice of rule changes, By-Law amendments, meetings or other required communication of the Association shall be satisfied by the publication of same in the Association’s office newsletter, the Ripples, unless otherwise required in the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.”

All residents will receive a paper copy of the Ripples unless they choose to opt-out for the electronic version. We make every effort to save the Association money and utilize your dues most efficiently. If you enjoy the digital edition and do not require a printed copy, please complete this form.
