Community Service

Job Openings:
LPOA Community Services will be hiring to fill summer time seasonal position(s):
• Boat patrol
• Road patrol
Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years of age, be self-motivated, possess a valid Missouri Driver’s License and be able to pass a background screening. Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
The Lakewood Community Service Department is responsible for enforcing the rules, regulations and architectural guidelines for one of the Midwest’s largest homes associations.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Patrolling pools, lakes, and amenities
- Ensuring that valid ID’s are present
- Enforcing association rules/policies
Salary commensurate with experience.

Maintenance
Reports To: Maintenance Manager, John Thomas
Job Openings:
LPOA maintenance will be hiring to fill one summer time seasonal position.

- Work start date: May 27th, Ending August 30th (Flexible).
- Applications will be taken March 1, 2024 through April 30, 2024.
- No experience necessary.
- This position will need to be able to work Monday –Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and also weekend morning 9:00 AM -11:00 AM as needed.
- This is a labor position. Work includes, landscaping, turf trimming, tree debris clean up, trash collection and general cleaning.
