Local Advertising

We provide opportunities for advertising in our Ripples and ClubLife Magazines.

    • Magazine Circulation
      • Ripples: Approximately 1600 printed copies are mailed, and about 1600 residents have subscribed online. The Ripples is always available online.
      • ClubLife: Approximately 370+ members. All Golf Club members receive a digital copy. ClubLife is always available online.
    • Advertising Sales
      • We provide sales and management of advertising space.
      • Though the publications are not for-profit and are sent out to residents at no cost, revenue generated through advertising helps offset the cost of print and mailing.
      • Significant ad space is provided at no cost to Lakewood committees and events at No Fee.
      • Advertising packages are designed to include visibility in both publications.

2024 Communications Program

In October 2023, the Board of Directors approved a contract proposal presented by the Staff. The Staff sought to increase communications throughout Lakewood by focusing on improvements in the following areas:

    • Website
    • Social Media
    • Vision & Strategy
    • Community Feedback
    • Board Meetings
    • Transparency Reports
    • Committee & Department Updates
    • Annual Recurring Events

This contract was a 6-month program issued from November 2023 – April 2024. This project included the addition of 71 pages of website content, growing from 35 pages to 106 pages.

The updated content will work to improve the above categories, and also provide a wide variety of information about Lakewood Departments, Operations, Finances, and Committee routines.

The project was done in conjunction with Checklist Media and Matchstick Websites.
