Are lifeguards on duty at all 3 pools?

Yes. The more area and features a pool has, the more guards are on duty. For example, at the Lakewood Aquatic Center, the slide is guarded, the spray park is guarded, and the diving boards/deep end is guarded, as well as the main body of water. They are required to take 10 minute breaks every hour, called Adult Swim.
