Welcome to the neighborhood, and to Lakewood Bay! Your Parcel Committee has a few pieces of information that are helpful to have as a Lakewood Bay resident:

• In order to receive newsletters and important notifications about snow and leaf removal, committee meetings, etc., please reach out to lakewoodbayparcelcommittee@gmail.com to be put on the email list.

• If you have a question or need to submit a parcel action request, please fill out the form embedded below. The Bayview Parcel Committee will forward any requests that are handled by the LPOA to the LPOA on the homeowner’s behalf. The LPOA may request additional information from the homeowner and/or forward this request to the appropriate committee within the LPOA for action.

• Lakewood Bay Parcel (LBP) Committee Meetings are open to the homeowners and generally are held quarterly at the Lakewood Oaks Clubhouse. Please watch your email for notifications.

• We have community dumpsters for Lakewood Bay residents. Please be respectful of the rules and of the other residents who live here. Tear down your boxes and make sure your trash is put into the dumpster. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE TIRES, BATTERIES, PAINT, MATTRESSES, HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, LEAVES, BRANCHES OR YARD WASTE IN THE DUMPSTERS! Trash bins are monitored for illegal dumping.
