Administration
This department includes accounting, payroll, staffing, insurance and overall management of the association.
Clubhouse (Pavilions)
Pavilions are located at the East Lake Village Pool and Lakewood Aquatic Center.
Food & Beverage
This includes operations at the Argyle, St. Andrew's Pub, Banquet Catering, and the Snack Bars at the pools.
Community Services
This department is responsible for enforcing our bylaw codes and policies to prevent violations.
Pools
This represents the management of three pools in Lakewood and their water features.
Maintenance & Lake Management
This department is responsible for the care and maintenance of several hundred acres of common areas and lakes.
Communications
This department manages communications throughout Lakewood, including digital and print.
Pontoon Rentals
This includes maintaining pontoon boats as well as managing rental contracts and operations.
