Food & Beverage Department
The Food & Beverage Department is responsible for all requirements regarding operations of the following:
Operations include but are not limited to:

- Staffing, training and scheduling
- Staff uniforms
- In house menu creation
- Weekly special menu items
- Jackson County Health Department Compliance
- State liquor law compliance
- Daily cleaning of kitchen, restaurant and equipment
- Food procurement and management
- Food preparation
- Beverage procurement and management
- Procurement of Linens
- Procurement and management of Glass, Plates and Silverware
- Procurement and Storage of Banquet Room decorations
- Assist Food and Beverage Committee with annual clubhouse decorating / undecorating
- Meet with and get recommendations from the Food and Beverage Committee
Service to the Community
Fee Paid Events:
The Food and Beverage Department is responsible for the Fee Paid use of the Clubhouse.

No Fee Use Services:
The Food and Beverage Department is responsible for service for the “No Fee” use of the Clubhouse for social and business uses throughout Lakewood. The hourly use of this space is managed by Food & Beverage space for table setup, teardown, and any type of food and beverage service throughout.
No Fee Use Services are budgeted at $62.5k annually, out of the Administrative budget, and expenses are reimbursed to the Food & Beverage department after meetings are held.

Unless you have prior board approval, the Augusta Room is the only space reserved for no-fee use gatherings.
NO-FEE USE GROUPS ARE PROVIDED WITH THE FOLLOWING:
- Tables and Chairs (in Augusta Room) that the group is responsible for setting up & taking down
- Broom and Duster for group use
NO-FEE USE GROUPS MUST REQUEST THE FOLLOWING:
- Linens
- Water and Tea service
- Audio Visual Services
- Decorations
- Food when purchased
- Bar service when purchased
