
Northstar + LPOA Member Site App Now Available
We are happy to announce the new Northstar Member Site & App are now available!
In April of 2025, the LPOA-LHC Board of Directors approved the purchase and implementation of a new HOA management software, Northstar. This conversion from TOPS (our previous software) comes after 17 years and brings us new capabilities and resident-friendly technology. Along with a Northstar-LPOA Member Site, we are introducing an accompanying App.
The App can be downloaded from the App Store (Apple) or through the Google Play Store (Android), just search LPOA and look for the Lakewood tree!
Please note, our current website is not going anywhere, nor is your existing Resident Login changing. The new Member Site will essentially grant account access and group certain helpful processes all in one place!
WEBSITE LOGIN
- Go to members.lpoa.com, or to lpoa.com and click the link in the upper right corner on the black bar at the top of your screen labeled Northstar Login.
- Enter your Member # in the username dialog box, found above your name on your Lakewood ID. (read as 1234-123).
- Your temporary password is your last name in all lowercase.
- Upon your first login to the website, you will be prompted to setup a new password to use going forward. Your new password must be a minimum of six characters. It is recommended to use one uppercase letter, number and a special character.
UPDATE YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION
The information Lakewood has on file for you may be updated on the My Profile page of the website.
- Visit the My Profile page to review your information.
- To update your information, click the “Edit” button to make changes to your information.
Click the “Update” button to save your changes.
UPDATE YOUR VISIBILITY SETTINGS IN THE ONLINE MEMBER DIRECTORY
Northstar’s software has an integrated member directory that automatically updates when you make changes to your information.
- Visit My Settings under Go to Your Account dropdown to review and/or change the visibility of your information within the online member directory. Initially, only your first name and last name appear in the online member directory.
- Change the visibility of your information in the online member directory:
Check the box(es) next to information you would like visible in the directory to other Members, or
Un-check the box(es) for the information you would prefer to not be visible to other Members.
- Click the “Save” button to save your changes.
