Under LPOA By-Laws Article IX, Section 2, the President of the Lakewood Property Owners Association, James Treu, called a Special Meeting of the East Lake Members and the Board of Directors, to take place in the Lakewood Oaks Country Club Clubhouse at 6:00 PM, August 8, 2024. In accordance with By-Laws Article IX, Section 3, mailed notice of this meeting will be sent by LPOA to East Lake members on or before July 25, 2024.

Note that only one vote will be permitted per household.

There will be two ways of voting:

• Electronically via the link provided by vote-now.com
• By paper at the meeting on August 8th, 2024.

Membership of the East Lake should expect to receive mailed notice of the meeting and accompanying election information (including instructions on how to access voting link once they are sent out via Email by Vote-Now) on or around August 1, 2024. Please keep an eye on your mailbox for this notice. 

Voting for this special election will open on August 1, 2024, and conclude on August 7, 2024 at 5:00 PM CDT.
