Financials
LPOA Investments Lakewood Holding Company
In 2007, the LPOA established the Lakewood Holding Company, which invested in the purchase of the Lakewood Oaks Golf Course.
Vision & Strategy
In 2024, the Board launched an Ad Hoc Committee to create a Strategic Vision for Lakewood, to move into the future with purpose.
Reserve Funding
In 2015, the LPOA commissioned its first Reserve Study, and launched a comprehensive Reserve Funding Program.

In 2022, the Association began working with professional financial advisors to grow and manage our Reserve Funds
Operations
Landscaping
We manage Trees and Landscaping for 2200 acres of land. Beautification is an important part of our community.
Sidewalks
Lakewood manages almost $2 million worth of sidewalks: approximately 30,000 feet, or 5.5 miles in length.
Recreation
There are a wide variety of recreational components we maintain including docks, marinas, parks & playgrounds.
Snow & Ice Control
The snow removal and treatment of ice of side streets is managed by our Lakewood Maintenance Department staff.
