Following the directed verdict in favor of the defendant LPOA in CASE NO. 2416-CV21788 Steffen V LPOA, the LPOA is now releasing the following information regarding litigation against the Association:

In the matter of CASE NO. 2516-CV03990 Steffen V LPOA, the court has dismissed this case as of July 16, 2025 without prejudice. Please see the order posted herein—

In the matter of CASE NO. 2416-CV21775 Steffen V LPOA, the court has dismissed this case on October 3, 2025 with prejudice. Please see the order posted herein—

We are pleased that we no longer have any active litigation against the Association and wish to thank the law firm of Watters-Wolf-Bub-Hansmann LLC for their excellent representation, bringing all three cases to a successful and just conclusion. We also extend our appreciation to the law firm of Kutak-Rock LLP for their invaluable counsel in the initial filings in CASE NO. 2416-CV21775, and a final thank you to The Cincinnati Insurance Company.
