Consent Agenda

Under the Consent Agenda, the Board approved the 12/11/25 Board Meeting Minutes and 12/30/25 Executive Committee Meeting Minutes.

Approval of 2026 LPOA Election Timetable

A motion was passed to approve the amended timetable as presented.

DiGirolamo Appeal of LPOA Appeals Committee Decision

A motion was passed to deny the appeal and uphold the LPOA Appeals Committee decision.

Prospectus for Vote of Clubhouse Purchase

A motion was passed to table the vote for LPOA to purchase the clubhouse from the LHC until 2027.
