Under the Consent Agenda, the Board approved the 6/12/25 Board Meeting Minutes and 7/1/25 Executive Committee Meeting Minutes.

LHC Clubhouse Appraisal/Potential Purchase Review

A motion was passed to table this item. A second appraisal has been contracted.

Pittman Request for Approval to Construct Partition Wall Between Lakewood Bay Units

A motion was passed to deny this request.

Creation of No Fee Use Policy

A motion was passed to approve the policy as presented.

Election Committee Report and Recommendations

A motion was passed to accept the committee’s recommendations for future consideration.

Appeal of ARB/ARC Decision to Deny a Free Little Library Placed at 405 NE Landings Dr.

A motion was passed to deny the appeal.

Barb Burns Request for Creation of Welcoming Committee

A motion was passed to allow Mrs. Burns to incorporate her plan into the already established Welcome Team.

Barrett Appeal of Assessments

A motion was passed to direct the GM to remove the $550.00 special assessment from the Barrett account and reimburse LPOA from the Lakewood Bay Parcel Funds.

Schmidt Violation of Boat Slip Lease Agreement

A motion was passed to affirm that Ms. Schmidt is not in violation of her lease agreement, and may continue to lease slip C-9, subject to any further potential lease violations.

Landings Parcel Request Expenditure of Funds

A motion was passed to approve the expenditure of $19,460.00 for exterior painting in the Landings Parcel.
