East Lake Pool Parking Lot Expansion
A motion passed to table this item while staff works with the city to get a waiver on the water detention requirements.
Ad-hoc Playground Committee Update
A motion was passed to table this item while the final drawings and the bid package is being prepared.
By-law Amendments
A motion was passed to amend the LPOA By-laws, and staff was directed to issue a notification of further pending amendments.

A motion was passed to set the LPOA Maximum Annual Assessment at $2,329.67 for Single Family, and $1,863.73 for Multi Family.

2025 LPOA Operating Budget
A motion was passed to approve the LPOA Operating Budget for 2025.
2025 Lakewood Improvements Program (LIP) Budget
A motion was passed to approve the LPOA LIP Budget for 2025.
2025 Lease Renewal for Clubhouse

2025 Mowing Contract
A motion was passed to approve the 3 year contract to Summit Lawn and Landscape for mowing and treatment of LPOA properties.
Expenditure for Repairs of East Lake Spillway Outlet Structure
A motion was passed to approve expenditure of $29,425.00 for repairs of the east lake spillway outlet structure.
Purchase of Deck Furniture at Clubhouse
A motion was passed to approve the expenditure of $34,788.14 for deck furniture at the clubhouse.
Lakewood Oaks Parcel Request Expenditure
A motion was passed to approve the expenditure of $21,004.06 from the Lakewood Oaks Parcel funds for landscaping projects.
Proposed Additional $5M of GL Umbrella Coverage
A motion was passed to authorize the purchase of an additional $5,000,000.00 of GL umbrella coverage from Scottsdale Insurance Company in the amount of $38,587.50.
