On November 1, 2023, Lakewood began a contract for a 6 month Communications Plan. Please read below for a 30 Day Update of the progress that’s been made with staff and volunteers on this important project. This project is to increase transparency and create infrastructure for future communications in perpetuity.

 

The communications plan included objectives for improvements in 8 major categories. We will be focusing on Website improvements for the first couple months, and then will dig deeper into Transparency Reports. Please see a summary of the objectives below.
