Consent Agenda

Under the Consent Agenda, the Board approved the 5/14/26 Board Meeting Minutes and 6/1/26 Executive Committee Meeting Minutes. The Board ratified Joe Piatczyc, Joe Casebolt, Mike Kelly, Charles Wells, Julie Phillips and Tim Bahr to the Insurance Committee. The Board ratified Joe Piatczyc as the Chairperson to the Insurance Committee. The Board accepted the resignation of Brett Nelson from the Finance Committee.

New Kitchen Entry / Exit

The GM gave an update on the renovation and construction progress of the New Kitchen Entry / Exit.

Request of Lakewood Senior Living for Use of LPOA Trademark

A motion failed for the Request of Lakewood Senior Living for Use of the LPOA Trademark.

Falls at Lakewood Parcel Committee Request Amendment to Supplemental DCC&R

A motion was passed to approve the Falls Parcel proposed amended language in their supplemental DCC&R and to direct staff and legal to assist the parcel with a vote of membership.

Approval of Expenditure of Budgeted Funds for the Main Pool Cover

A motion was passed to approve the Expenditure of Budgeted Funds for replacement of the Cove Aquatic Center Pool Cover in the amount of $20,820.16.

Enclave Parcel Electrical Infrastructure

A motion was passed to make an exemption to Policy 9 and allow the staff authorization of expenditure not to exceed $15,000 for the relocation of electrical service on Lot 13 in the Enclave.

West DAM Seepage Measuring Weir Bids

A motion was passed to approve a West DAM Seepage Measuring Weir Bid from The Pond Doctors in the amount of $27,350 to manufacture and install a weir.
