Consent Agenda
Under the Consent Agenda, the Board approved the 2/13/26 Board Meeting Minutes and 3/3/26 Executive Committee Meeting Minutes. The Board recognized Eric Kraus as the elected Chairperson of the ARB/ARC, and accepted the resignation of Tony DeMarco from the ARB/ARC.
Falls Parcel Request Amendment to Supplemental DCC&Rs
A motion was passed to remove this item from the agenda.
Reserve Study Update Proposal
A motion was passed to authorize the GM to execute a contract with Reserve Advisors to update LPOA’s Professional Reserve Study at a cost of $15,950.00.
Lakewood Oaks Pool Design Proposal
A motion was passed to accept staff’s recommendation and authorize expenditure of $75,900.00 to Water’s Edge Aquatic Design for the Lakewood Oaks Pool.
Lakewood Bay Request Approval of Expenditure
A motion was passed to authorize the Lakewood Bay Parcel to spend $32,697.03 for preventive maintenance on building roofs.
Request Approval of On-Site Security Service
A motion was passed to accept the recommendation of the LPOA Security Committee and authorize the GM to execute a contract with Metro Public Safety for on-site security during high volume summer months on LPOA property.
Community Service Department Request Approval of Expenditure
A motion was passed to authorize the expenditure of $26,379.00 to Ray Adams Toyota for purchase of a replacement Community Service Vehicle.
Staff Request Sale of Asset
A motion was passed to authorize the sale of LPOA Maintenance asset – Ventrac Slope Mower.
Maintenance Department Request Approval of Expenditure
A motion was passed to authorize the expenditure of $62,926.28 for the purchase of a new Ventrac Slope Mower.
Community Service Department Request Approval of Expenditure
A motion was passed to authorize the expenditure of $17,790.97 for new No Trespassing signage, framing, and installation at LPOA common ground access points.
