Consent Agenda

Under the Consent Agenda, the Board approved the 3/12/26 Board Meeting Minutes and 3/31/26 Executive Committee Meeting Minutes. The Board accepted the ratification of Frank Whitchurch to the ARB/ARC.

Envision Lakewood Strategic Plan Summary Update

A motion was passed to approve the Envision Lakewood Strategic Plan Summary for publication in the Ripples.

Security Committee Survey Results

A motion was passed to approve the Security Committee Survey Results and direct staff to publish them in accordance with prior instructions.

Expenditure of Budgeted Funds for the Lakewood Bay Tennis Court Parking Lot Re-Surfacing

A motion was passed to approve the bid from Tandem in the amount of $49,987 for the Lakewood Bay Tennis Court Parking Lot Re-Surfacing.

Expenditure of Budgeted Funds for the Tennis Courts Re-Surfacing

A motion was passed to approve the Expenditure of Budgeted Funds in the amount of $467,777.90 for the Following Tennis Courts Resurfacing – Pickleball, Main Tennis Court, East Lake Village Tennis Court, and the Bayview Tennis Court.

July 4th Update

A motion was passed to direct staff to notify membership and continue making efforts to contract a pyrotechnic firm to provide a fireworks display on July 4. Failing that, the Board authorized added expenditure of $30,000.00 to contract a drone show.

Expenditure of Budgeted Funds for Replacement of the John Deere Gator

A motion was passed to approve the Budgeted Funds for the purchase of the John Deere Gator in the amount of $23,808.98.

Expenditure of Budgeted Funds to Seal and Stripe Fairway Homes Playground Parking Lot

A motion was passed to approve the Expenditure of the Budgeted Funds to Seal and Stripe the Fairway Playground Parking Lot in the amount of $10,450.

New Kitchen Entry/Exit

A motion was passed to table the New Kitchen Entry/Exit for staff to provide an update on the progress of the renovation each month with an update from the GM that construction starts on May 1st.
