Consent Agenda

Under the Consent Agenda, the Board approved the 7/9/26 Board Meeting Minutes and 8/4/26 Executive Committee Meeting Minutes. The Board accepted the resignation from Scott Lankford as Chair of the Lake Use Committee and recognized Anthony Chiarizio as the newly elected Chair. The Board accepted the resignations of Tom Owens and Steve Taul, and ratified Dennis Hainley and Greg May, as well as recognize Corrine Dix as the Elected Chair of the Falls Parcel Committee. The Board accepted the resignation of Frank Whitchurch from the ARB/ARC. The Board recognized Sandy Wasam as the elected Chair of the Lakeshore Townhomes Parcel Committee. The Board ratified Brandon Banks as a member of the FDC.

Clubhouse Kitchen Entry/Hallway Update

The GM gave an update that this project is complete. A motion was approved to remove this item from the agenda.

Review of LPOA Policy 3

A motion was passed to table this item.

Proposed Amendment to LPOA Rules and Regulations Article IV, Use of Common Area and Other Amenities

A motion was passed to accept the pending amendment as submitted, and for staff to notify membership and bring the item back for ratification. The amendment is intended to reduce liability and damage to LPOA common areas.
