Consent Agenda

Under the Consent Agenda, the Board approved the 5/8/25 Board Meeting Minutes and 6/3/25 Executive Committee Meeting Minutes. The Board ratified Jahala Kinser and Carole Gray to the Clubhouse Committee, accepted resignations from Jim Hogan and Jack Littrell from the Lakewood Shores Villas and Orchards Parcel Committees, respectively, and ratified Robert Ennis to the Orchards Parcel Committee.

Garden Club Request Approval to Install Bee Hive on Common Ground

A motion was passed to remove this item from the agenda.

Lake Seepage and Evaporation Update

A motion was passed to accept the report, that lake water seepage remains at a normal level with no visible increase, and to remove the item from the agenda.

Garden Club Request for Monument Sign Updates

A motion was passed to approve this request as amended, provided the Garden Club provides maintenance of the new planting beds.

James Treu – Recognition

Mr. Treu was recognized for his exemplary service to the LPOA during his time on the Board and while he led the association as president.

SOLitude Lake Management Update

A motion was passed to accept and publish the report from staff and SOLitude.

The Mater Man Vegetable Stand Request Use of Common Ground

A motion was passed to deny this request and direct staff to research current vendors and draft policy.

Pittman Request for Approval to Construct Partition Wall Between Lakewood Bay Units

A motion was passed to table this item with direction to staff to meet with the Parcel Committee regarding their maintenance responsibilities.

Falls Parcel Committee Request to Require License and Easement Agreement to Owners with Improvements on Parcel Common Element

A motion was passed to table this item and instruct the Parcel Committee to notify their membership of the request.

Lake Use Committee Request Funding in 2025 Budget for Fish Stocking

A motion was passed to deny this request and instruct the Lake Use Committee to make the request during the 2026 budget approval period.

Stevenson Orchard Development

A motion was passed to deny the request by the developer to pursue annexation into Lakewood.

LPOA 2024 Audit

A motion was passed to accept the 2024 Audit as presented.

Staff Request Creation of No Fee Use Policy

A motion was passed to direct staff to draft a policy for No Fee Use of the Clubhouse.
